- Whether it’s catching up with friends, taking a well-deserved break or unwinding in front of the tv - is it really complete without a cup of tea?
Hoping her print will find lots of new homes and sit pride of place above a kettle or collection of odd mugs, Ekaterina wanted to depict a topic close to Leeds' heart.Fancy a cuppa? Oh, go on then.
History, location and community are constant sources of inspiration in her work. Through on-location drawing and research, she shares hidden stories and transforms local spaces into cultural assets.
A core value is representation: celebrating diversity and equality. Ekaterina seeks to continue working with social organisations to produce engaging and playful illustrations.
