When will my order be shipped? 
We post orders Weekdays via Royal Mail 1st Class. We aim to post your order within 1 working day.
All orders made after 12pm Fridays will be posted the following Monday.

Do you offer Click & Collect? 
Yes, there is an option for free collection at the online checkout.

Can I change my order?
Yes, we offer exchanges. You can exchange in-store or you can email us at orders@printedbyus.org 

Can you deliver custom print orders?
Yes, we offer delivery anywhere in the UK for a £25 fee. Or free collection from our offices in Sheffield. 

What garments do you use?
All of our garments are made of 100% organic cotton. We work with two suppliers Continental and Stanley Stella.
