FAQs

When will my order be shipped? 
We post orders Weekdays via Royal Mail 1st Class. We aim to post your order within 1 working day.
All orders made after 12pm Fridays will be posted the following Monday.

Do you offer Click & Collect? 
Yes, there is an option for free collection at the online checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, options to ship our products internationally will appear at the checkout, however customs may apply.

Can I change my order?
Yes, we offer exchanges. You can exchange in-store or you can email us at orders@printedbyus.org 

What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive/purchase it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

What do I do if I never received my order or received a faulty or wrong item?
Please get in touch with us at hello@printedbyus.org with your order number and issue and we endeavour to quickly resolve it.

What garments do you use?
Our blank garments are sourced from a factory in Tamil Nadu, Southern India. Our two suppliers are Continental Clothing Co. and Stanley/Stella. Their state-of-the-art technology and ultra-modern infrastructure provide the setting for the textile industry's leading showcase of socially and environmentally responsible production. They are printed in house by our team in Sheffield, UK using plastic free, water based inks.

Can I have something made by you?
We offer an ethical custom printing service for orders of 30 unit or more, you can find more information here.

Can you deliver custom print orders?
Yes, we offer delivery anywhere in the UK for a £25 fee. Or free collection from our shop in Sheffield. 

Can I learn how to screen print?
We offer screen printing workshops for groups of up to 8 participants, you can find out more here.

Can I stock your products in my shop?
Yes! We sell our products wholesale on Faire, but if you email us beforehand at retailers@printedbyus.org we can discuss arrangements and reduce fees further!
