Retail Sales Advisor & Digital Marketing Co-ordinator

*This is a part of the Government’s Kickstarter campaign. Please, make sure you comply with the requirements before applying. The kickstarter scheme has been specifically designed for 16-24 year olds in receipt of Universal Credit, who are at risk of long-term employment. We have 5 roles available, each for 25 hours per week and we pay the ‘Real Living Wage’ rate of £9.50 per hour.

Overview What would you be doing?


Printed By us (Social Enterprise) - Retail Sales Advisor Responsibilities

Developing in-depth product knowledge and have the ability to pitch our products and services to potential clients.

Greeting customers upon their arrival, offering assistance, taking inventory of store products, and bagging customers' purchases. 

Ensuring that product shelves are well-arranged and adequately stocked with products.

Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the unit is well-maintained.

Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.


Digital Marketing Co-ordination Responsibilities 

Working with our marketing and fundraising teams to implement our digital marketing and fundraising strategies.

Maintain and develop our social media platforms, designing and creating content, which increases brand awareness and generates income.

Create and use a range of formats such as infographics, videos, stories, blogs etc. to bring complex information to the attention of our online audience in a succinct and concise form. 

Be aware of and spot trends and developments in the digital arena to ensure that our communications remain timely and current. 

Promote and work alongside the team to create virtual fundraising events.(Archer Project)

Developing our database of potential target clients for custom printing, retailers, exhibitors & creative collaborators (Printed By us).

Building relationships with potential clients identified via LinkedIn, email, calls and visits (Just Works / Printed By us).

Developing our sales funnel to understand better where we can position Printed By us in the UK market (Printed By us).

Skills required

100% fluent in English written and spoken

Experience with paid advertising & SEO desirable

Any previous marketing and/or retail sales experience desirable

Bachelor's degree in any field desirable

Design skills desirable - mainly Adobe Creative or, if not, then Canva
