This is the perfect creative wellbeing activity for your team! This hands-on experience is designed to energise your colleagues, spark creativity, and foster meaningful connections in a relaxed and inspiring environment. Ideal for corporate groups, our workshop combines the joy of screen printing with the power of positive change. Your team will learn new skills, collaborate on bold designs, and leave feeling refreshed, connected, and inspired. Whether for an away day, team bonding, or a wellbeing initiative, this unique experience is sure to make a lasting impact.
During the session you will screen print your own t-shirt (available sizes XS to 5XL) with a choice of one of two 'Printing Positive Change' designs, as well as a pack of 4 greeting cards. This will also give you an insight into how both textile and paper screen-printing differs.
This is an introductory course, aimed at all skill levels as we focus on the mindful benefits of screen-printing and how it is used as a vehicle for positive change. By focusing on each careful pull of the squeegee, you’re invited to be fully engaged in the act of creation, which can serve as a mental break and a way to recharge. This, in turn, can enhance focus and productivity when returning to professional work. Creative hobbies also provide a healthy balance between work and personal life. This balance is essential for our wellbeing, reducing stress and promoting a positive mindset. Any form of art will release dopamine - nature's antidepressant - and help focus your mind.

Price
Workshops are £480 to book a full workshop. Each workshop hosts 8 participants maximum.
Duration
The duration of our workshops are 3 hours. We can accommodate anytime that suits you; morning, afternoon or evening, rain or shine!

While there is no parking on site, there is plenty of nearby car parks close to our location, as well as great public transport links.
Age Restrictions
Please note that the minimum age of participants is 16.
We can arrange group workshops for under 16s, as long as an adult is present to supervise.
Health & Safety
Please wear sensible footwear, anyone in open toed shoes will be refused to participate. A full risk assesment can be provided upon request.
Accessibility
Our workshop is based upstairs in the Orchard Square craft workshops. There is a small lift available on site if you have accessibility needs, just let us know beforehand and we can arrange assistance.
Refund policy
All courses are non refundable. You can request to move dates to another workshop, up to 72 hours before your ticketed workshop.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event the course is cancelled by Printed by Us, we will notify you 48 hours in advance and endeavour to rebook you onto a future workshop.
