About the artist

Emily Kilham-Heeks is a textile print designer, who loves to experiment with process, scale, colour and composition through collage, to create expressive visuals for quirky outcomes. Her designs are mindfully considered, often influenced by biophilic principles, and the organic textures and forms found within nature. Emily’s practice utilises both hand and digital processes; creating visuals through gestural drawings, mono-printing, and experimentation of various media, digitally manipulated to create playful designs and textured screenprints.

Printing Positive Change

This T-shirt was hand printed by a vulnerable adult in recovery from homelessness and other complex circumstances. They received the “Real Living Wage” for their efforts and every penny from this shirt goes back into growing Printed by Us.

Organic cotton

Our suppliers source only the best raw materials, grown or produced in ways that do not
harm people, animals or the environment. We exclusively use 100% GOTS certified organic
cotton from India and recycled polyester from China.

To ensure the safety of all their workers, our suppliers work very closely with the Fair Wear Foundation. They are also taking things further by developing a recycling fabric waste project.

Certified by the best

Our supply chain is certified by various independent bodies and standards. Each of these certifications demonstrate that we are working towards building healthy environmental practices and greater respect for the planet, every step of the way.
