When will my order be shipped? 
We post orders Weekdays via Royal Mail 1st Class. We aim to post your order within 1 working day. All orders made after 12pm Fridays will be posted the following Monday.

Do you offer Click & Collect? 
Yes, you can buy online and collect at our store on Chapel Walk (Sheffield City Centre) - there will be an option for collection at the checkout.

Can I change my order?
Yes, we offer exchanges. You can exchange in-store or you can email us at orders@printedbyus.org
